✦ ㅤ𝙶𝙴𝙽𝙴𝚁𝙰𝙻 𝚃𝙴𝚁𝙼𝚂ㅤ By placing a commission, the client automatically confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. I reserve the right to refuse a commission before work begins. All prices are listed for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. ㅤ
✦ ㅤ𝙿𝙰𝚈𝙼𝙴𝙽𝚃ㅤ Work begins after full or partial prepayment (50–100% by agreement). Payment is made via PayPal (USD) ["Friends & Family" option], MonoBank, and PrivatBank [Ukraine]. The commission is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. ㅤ
✦ ㅤ𝚆𝙾𝚁𝙺𝙵𝙻𝙾𝚆ㅤ Stages: Commission discussion ➙ Payment received ➙ Sketch creation ➙ Revisions ➙ Final rendering ➙ Delivery of the finished artwork. ㅤ
✦ ㅤ𝙳𝙴𝙰𝙳𝙻𝙸𝙽𝙴ㅤ From 2 week to 1 month depending on complexity, workload, and personal circumstances. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know. If the commission is significantly delayed, the client will be notified. ㅤ
✦ ㅤ𝚁𝙴𝚅𝙸𝚂𝙸𝙾𝙽𝚂ㅤ • up to 3 major revisions at the sketch stage • unlimited minor adjustments during the sketch stage After sketch approval, only minor changes are allowed. Significant changes after the start of the final rendering may require additional payment. Significant changes include: • changing the pose • altering the composition • adding characters • complete redesign ㅤ
✦ ㅤ𝚁𝙴𝙵𝚄𝙽𝙳𝚂ㅤ Full refund: • possible if work has not yet started Partial refund: • if work is already in progress, the refund amount depends on the stage of completion Cancellation by the artist: • if the commission is canceled by the artist, the client receives a full refund regardless of the stage of work ㅤ
✦ ㅤ𝚄𝚂𝙰𝙶𝙴 𝚁𝙸𝙶𝙷𝚃𝚂ㅤ The client has the right to: • publish the work with credit to the artist • use the work as an avatar, cover, or personal page decoration • print the work for personal use • store and share the work for non-commercial purposes The client does NOT have the right to: • sell the artwork • use it for merchandise, advertising, or commercial activity without separate permission • remove the artist’s signature, if present • claim the artwork as their own • use the artwork for AI training, datasets, or generative neural networks ㅤ
✦ ㅤ𝙲𝙾𝙿𝚈𝚁𝙸𝙶𝙷𝚃ㅤ Copyright remains with the artist. The artist has the right to: • publish the commission in their portfolio • share work-in-progress, timelapses, and fragments • use the artwork for self-promotion If the client wishes to keep the commission fully private, this must be discussed in advance. An additional fee may apply for privacy. ㅤ
✦ ㅤ𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙼𝙴𝚁𝙲𝙸𝙰𝙻 𝚄𝚂𝙴ㅤ Any commercial use is discussed separately and paid additionally (usually +50–75%). Commercial use includes: • merch • printed products for sale • advertising • monetized projects ㅤ
